Our thoughts generate our feelings. Happy, sad, excited, angry, calm, love, anxious, and on and on. It is never the circumstances in our life that cause our feelings, it is our thoughts about our circumstances.
What if I married him? Her? What if I never gained weight? What if I got a different degree? Or never moved? What if I stayed at that job? What if I was still with that person? What if we never had that fight? What if I would have said this?
I think everyone does, in some form or another, at different times in our lives. It’s a part of the human experience. It’s just a feeling, a vibration in your body.
