I’m a Life Coach. A Confidence Coach. A Relationship Coach. It makes no sense for me to put it all in one title, I do them all and so much more, which provides my clients with amazing results!
Oh, I also help coaches build confidence in themselves and their business to find that joy, alignment, ease and flow... AND, to make money. I hit $100k in my first year and on my way to double in my second all while loving what I do and how I do it and learning and evolving along the way.
I’m an American girl (well 31 years old 😉) living in Holland. I married a Dutchman and moved for love. I was raised in NW New Mexico with 5 brothers and 1 sister.
We are always evolving. Always. My business will evolve with me. That’s part of how Relationship Coaching became a part of my business.
See, I had a lot of insecurities, frustrations and resentment for my partner who I also loved so much... It was painful to be conflicted like that. I always doubted us. I picked fights. I was stuck in victimhood. Through this work and time and trust, I turned that around, we did. My husband and I have grown tremendously and I’m so grateful. We will continue to learn, grow and navigate life together. This personal growth and experience in my own relationship has given me the compassion and understanding to help my clients in theirs.
On the topic of relationships, what about the most important one of all?
The one with ourselves. This is the basis of this work. The foundations that all my clients need to know and learn. You must improve the relationship with yourself if you want to improve any other area in your life. The inner work runs deep and is never ending, and that’s okay. When you have the right tools, you see yourself, your relationships, your goals in a completely different way. A perception of trust guides you, rather than one of doubt, worry, insecurity and fear. I teach and guide my clients to know what these tools are and how to implement them in their everyday lives.
This work WORKS. It changes you.
