Do you have negative thought patterns?

If you have trained your mind to believe thought patterns that don’t serve you, they end up becoming a belief system. .

A belief is just a thought we continue to think. Sounds simple. It is...but for so many of us it is a struggle to create new belief systems that serve us.

You may wonder, how does someone change their belief that they are worthless to worthy, ugly to beautiful, insecure to confident, lame to funny, lazy to ambitious, timid to life of the party, stupid to smart?

Can any of you relate to that list? I know I have before, but now I’m on the positive end of those beliefs. I love myself. I’m worthy, beautiful, confident, funny, ambitious, life of the party, smart and so much more! .
