How to Have a Better Relationship with Yourself: A Soulfully Abundant Program Experience

Developing a relationship with yourself in this program.

Rebekah’s main goal coming into The Soulfully Abundant Program was to mend her relationship with herself because she had a lot of anger and guilt toward many different aspects of her life. She would always find herself putting on a “safety mask” in front of certain people when she truly just wanted to embrace her most authentic self. She wanted to discover and establish her own identity instead of being somebody she really wasn't.

After going through the workbooks and exercises, especially my thoughtful awareness segment, Rebekah realized the traumatic stories she was creating in her head. She learned that she is the only one in charge of writing her story, and it doesn't always have to be a negative one.

Once she went back into her mind and pulled all of the positive things out, she realized how much time she had lost and ignored because she was so busy focusing on the negative. The relationship with herself all stemmed from her own negative inner narrative. And after that realization, it was all about the release for her!

In this FREE 3 day training, I will share with you exactly how I went FROM: insecure, 'fake it until I make it' mentality, and very lost in my relationship TO: crushing my goals, feeling in control of my emotions, totally empowered to go after what I want, and to being in a truly secure and satisfying relationship.

How Rebekah sees herself today after her Soulfully Abundant experience.

Rebekah used to describe herself as being depressed and super negative. Today, she is so much more at peace with herself and the new relationships she has created. She is also a lot less reactive and allows people to say what they want to. She knows in her head who she is and does NOT need that approval from anybody else.

She has seen herself grow so much during her time with me and she truly is a new and improved Rebekah!

Another major change she has noticed is that she's not as judgemental toward others and is a lot more respectful of their opinions. Rebekah knows they're just trying to find the positivity within themselves and so is she. Not only is she less judgemental of other people, but she's also a lot less judgmental of herself these days.

The best part is, Rebekah, worries so much less and doesn't have as many panic attacks as she used to. The control she has over her emotions today, compared to the way she used to have control over her emotions, is absolutely incredible.

These are the types of results I want you to be aware of when coming into this program! The change you can receive is amazing, and the relationship with yourself can do a complete 180.
