Stepping into awareness to change negative thinking.
You have to become aware of the way you think and feel that way you can change it. You can change your reality when you become aware of what you're telling yourself.
You have to tell yourself new beliefs over and over again to believe them. It's okay if some of those negative thoughts feel real but you have to at least give yourself permission to admit that you don't want them to be true.
You do have the power to change the way you think about yourself, your relationships, your partner, your life, etc. When you begin to change your belief system around certain areas of your life, answers will be more clear and you won't be weighed down by negativity as much.
In this FREE 3 day training, I will share with you exactly how I went FROM: insecure, 'fake it until I make it' mentality, and very lost in my relationship TO: crushing my goals, feeling in control of my emotions, totally empowered to go after what I want, and to being in a truly secure and satisfying relationship.
Don't solve a problem when your emotions are high.
When your thinking is so strong and your emotions are so heavy, that is not a time to solve anything. Give yourself permission to step away and revisit the situation later when you have a clearer perception.
This is a great practice to try instead of constantly beating a dead horse. When you keep going at a situation, it just blows up and becomes bigger than it needs to.
There are times to solve a problem and times to not. If you're lost in heavy emotions, step away, step into awareness, and give yourself room to think and breathe.
Don’t fight your negative thoughts because fighting them is only going to make them come back. Step closer to the truth of who you really are and what you actually want to feel in a situation.
Exercise to become aware and stop negative thoughts.
Create a list of all the things you believe about yourself. Once you have that list and you're aware of the main negative thoughts, I want you to recognize those thoughts and ask yourself “is this really what I want to believe about myself”.
You can decide from a place of love and curiosity to grow and change your beliefs that you don't want to believe anymore.
When you know that you want to believe something different, it will start to feel true. Ease your way there and then create a new list of beliefs that counter out the negative ones.
Ask yourself what it is you want to be true and what it is that doesn't serve you. When your brain hears those positive thoughts, your higher self starts to feel better and self-awareness becomes much easier.
