Negative thinking affects every aspect of your life.
The way that you perceive your life is going to directly affect how you feel EVERY single day about yourself, your partner, your job, your finances, your body, and everything else in between. People don’t realize that their thoughts are choices and that they are changeable.
Do you pay attention to how you think about your life and all the things you have? You have to stop looking at everything in your life as a fact.
You have the power to change the way you think about yourself AND your life. When you do that and when you believe the new thoughts you create, your whole world will change and I can promise you that.
It all starts with you and everything outside of you does not have to change for you to feel better.

What to understand about ongoing negative thinking.
The very first thing that we have to understand about the way we think is our brain.
Our brains are programmed from life experiences. Our brain is constantly soaking up information from our past and present and it's not analyzing or questioning anything. Like a computer, we are continually downloading information.
The way you perceive everything in your life stems from how you were when you were younger and what you experienced. The thing is, you can't blame your past for everything negative going on in your head because you will be stuck in victimhood if you do that.
Rather than playing the victim in your own life, have the awareness over why you have those beliefs and how you can change them. When I started becoming aware of my beliefs and emotions, I started to understand my resistance and believed in all the good.
You have to have forgiveness of the past. Begin to change and reprogram your brain to shift from negative beliefs to beliefs that actually serve you.
You have the ability to change everything.
The more you do this work, the more beautiful things come up.
You have the power to change your negative thinking.
You have the power to change your energy.
You have the power to change your belief system.
You have the power to change your life.
Our brain wants to be efficient in any scenario so when we think the same thought over and over again, we're going to believe it. When you start changing the way you think, You can identify when the brain is going into blame mode.
The first step to change any negative thinking is to know that you are NOT your thoughts. You are much more than a sentence because your thoughts are just a tool.
