There should be no doubt about your own trust.
Why would you doubt your own intuition?
There could be fear, yes, but no doubt. The overwhelming sense of trust that you have is ALWAYS bigger than your fear. You need to trust that everything is always working out for you and you can make the best decisions for yourself.
When something feels forced, you're not tapped into your inner knowing.
Are you constantly telling yourself that you should be doing something?
This is because we all have some belief system in us that pushes us to do that one thing. This is because we know it's going to make us better.
You cannot and should not make your decisions from a place of scarcity.

How I know I’m connected to my inner knowing.
It literally is an overwhelming sense of certainty and calmness in my chest. My whole body feels light and sometimes there is this wave of excitement but there is zero doubt. That is the main thing that makes me certain that I'm truly living in my inner being.
When I have this feeling, I know this is what I’m supposed to be doing.
I know when I'm having doubts because I have a lot more “should” thoughts. Certainty does not feel like that AT ALL!
My inner knowing is so strong than any doubt that it just cancels out every other negative feeling.
Don’t get me wrong, you don’t always have to feel good and super excited to make big decisions because sometimes they’re going to feel scary.
How to start tapping into your inner knowing and trusting yourself.
Pay more attention to your emotions and let yourself feel them.
Most of the time, we’re out of touch with ourselves because we’re not in touch with our emotions and what we truly feel. You HAVE to pay more attention to how we feel, when we feel, and what we feel.
When you start doing that, then you’ll know what that trust feels like.
If you think you know something for sure, but that certainty involves you blaming others outside of you, then you're not listening to your intuitive guidance. That is your ego and your pride talking!
The next time you feel any sort of emotion, check-in with yourself and see where you feel it in your body. Where is it heavy? Where is it light?
For me, when I’m in trust, I feel like I’m floating and everything around me just feels easy. Shame, fear, and self-judgment are what feel heavy.
God made you undeniably worthy and insecurities, comparison, criticism, are not in alignment with your inner knowing and your best self. Don’t listen to those negative voices and instead, lean into love and know that you deserve everything.
Trusting Your Inner Knowing: The Bottomline
I hope this episode gives you permission to desire whatever you desire and gives you the freedom to trust yourself. When you trust your inner knowing, so many beautiful things will come to be. You could improve your life and spread that energy to improve everyone else's. Make sure to start paying attention to your emotions and allow yourself to REALLY feel them!
