You and everyone you've ever encountered matter.
There is no doubt in the world that you matter, the person next to you matters, and everyone from your past matters. Look in the mirror and see that you truly are enough and that your happiness, dreams, peace, mental health, emotional well-being, and relationship ALL matter.
There is nothing about you that doesn't matter.
We all think that we know this, but unfortunately, we don't live by it. There are some questions I want you to ask yourself.
How do you live your day-to-day life?
How do you treat yourself?
How do you treat the people around you?
Do you treat them like they matter?
If you check in with each of these questions and connect yourself to a greater infinite love for yourself and others, you'll learn how much you matter as well as the people around you. Everything in your life will change.
Reflect on your days and think about what you can do better. There’s no need to be hard on yourself. Lovingly investigate what you can work on and who you can treat better.
For me, I started being sweeter to my husband and throwing fewer digs at him because they weren't necessary and they weren't coming from the best part of me. I started practicing gratitude more and focusing on how much my relationship matters and how much I need to treasure it.

Treat yourself with love and kindness.
If you could just give yourself the time to think about how you treat yourself and how you show up, you'll be able to see every aspect of who you are.
Think about what you can do better to make yourself happier with the things in your life.
I've really improved on the way I talk to myself over the years because I've realized how much I matter. I've also realized how much my husband matters, how much my family matters, and how much every single person I see on the street matters. Even the people who may say mean things to us matter because, in reality, they're hurting with something too.
If we all practiced this belief of everyone matters, our world would have so much more love, kindness, patience, and calmness. When we can step into that compassion and truly push ourselves to believe every person is worthy, everything will change in our lives.
This change starts with YOU.
This change starts with your self-worth.
This change starts with your actions.
This change starts with your love for others.
Remember this: Nothing can make you unworthy.
I want to challenge you to look at every single person differently. If you're at the store, if you're walking in the street, if you drop your kids off at school, if you're in traffic, if you see someone on TV, I want you to say in your head, “This human being matters. They are loved and we are all loved.”
