119 - Atomic Habits - My take-aways on how to build good habits

I want to share my big takeaways from reading the book, Atomic Habits by James Clear.

What you consistently do eventually shapes who you are, what you think, and how you present yourself to others. 

In short, your HABITS shape who you are and your understanding of your identity. And even more interestingly, your identity beliefs (which often sit in our subconscious) shape our behaviors, our habits…

This gets tricky, but I dive more into it in this episode.

Depending on whether you consider your habits good habits or bad habits, they affect every aspect of your life. 

They will either lead you to success or jeopardize your goals – finances, health, relationships, etc.

But before you can build healthy habits, it’s vital to understand what habits are, how they’re formed, and identify those that you want to change. 

Today, I’ll share with you my key take-aways from the book Atomic Habits on how you can build good habits that last.
