We keep on replaying the same story in our head, indulging in it and therefore intensifying the way we are feeling.
The end result, we remain STUCK.
It’s also common that we react to our emotions and do or say things that don’t serve us or our relationships, which results in more negative emotions.
And so it’s really important to recognize whether you are processing heavy emotions in a healthy way or if you're indulging in them.
In this episode, we’ll delve into the difference between indulging and healthily feeling emotions, understanding and managing difficult emotions, how to disconnect from the story and instead healthily process emotions so you can move forward in a positive way.
