It’s not hard to practice loving life.
I know for some this may be difficult to believe but it really doesn't have to be hard to fall more in love with life. You can literally choose love every single day for every single thing.
You can choose to love things because they're yours, love things because they’re a blessing no matter how small, and love the journey you’re on. I continuously tell myself over and over again the things I love in my life and it makes me appreciate them 10x more.
Say thank you to everything you have in your life. You can say it in your head or say it aloud, whatever is easiest for you.
You can find love in every single moment of your life, no matter what! It's a choice and practice that takes time but is worth it. Of course, you're going to be wobbly at times (we're human, it's normal!) but you have to try and stay in alignment with who you are.
Imagine how different your life would be if you fell in love with your life?
In this FREE 3 day training, I will share with you exactly how I went FROM: insecure, 'fake it until I make it' mentality, and very lost in my relationship TO: crushing my goals, feeling in control of my emotions, totally empowered to go after what I want, and to being in a truly secure and satisfying relationship.
What happens when you love life.
It is up to you to focus on what you enjoy and appreciate out of life. When you focus on the things you love, you will see the world differently, you will see people differently, and you will see yourself differently.
This is SO powerful because if you can't love yourself, how are you ever going to love anyone or anything else?
Intentionally remind yourself of what's around you. You will become so much more grateful for life and the things that surround you. Stop focusing on everything wrong and instead focus on everything RIGHT!
When your life is full of love, you get to fall in love with your partner again, with yourself, and with all the little things in your life that you thought didn't matter.
Let love lead the way.
You cannot change anything that's happened in the past so let it go and let love guide you in the right direction. Constantly check in with yourself and find things during your day to fall in love with.
Start loving right when you wake up. It can be as simple as saying things like, “I love you bed”, “I love this day”, “I love this pillow.” Whatever it is, say it and mean it. When you train yourself to have this mentality, it will follow you everywhere.
Check in with the things that you do love about yourself more than the things that you maybe dislike. The things you love are WAY more important than little insecurities. You have the opportunity to love yourself so why not take it? Nobody is stopping you.
How to Fall in Love With Your Life: The Bottomline
I hope this episode helps you fall more and more in love with your life. When you practice this, you will find so many more things in your life that you love that you have no idea about. Find joy and love in everything around you and I promise you will love life and transform it beyond words.
