Take Fear With You

The reason we’re scared to face fear.

The only thing we’re actually fearful of is the emotions that come along with doing new things. That’s LITERALLY it.

This could be starting a new diet, having a conversation with somebody we love or starting a new business.

Were scared of any possible negative emotions and outcomes.

Why? Because we haven't done it enough times to where it feels comfortable for us. We’re fearful of failure, embarrassment, rejection, shame, etc.

Fear is not about fearing the actual danger that comes along with something, it's fearing the emotional state that comes along with it. We have to start telling our brains that we’re not in real danger.

Tell yourself that you just haven't done it enough times so that you can build safety around all new experiences.

Something I want you all to recognize is that when you're feeling a lot of fear around something new that you want to try, it's a sign that you're about to experience something AMAZING

And that's just beautiful.

If you're nervous or anxious about it, it's a sign that you were meant to do it. Therefore, fear is like a new calling.

Stop being fearful of the results, instead be excited and aware of what's about to come.

What to tell yourself when you’re facing fear:

  • Fear is normal. The reason I'm feeling fear is because I really want this. I really want to achieve this. I want to start this new thing in my life. I really want to learn, grow, and connect. I want to better myself. I want this so badly.

Giving in to fear and letting it win cannot and should not stop you from trying new things.

In this FREE 3 day training, I will share with you exactly how I went FROM: insecure, 'fake it until I make it' mentality, and very lost in my relationship TO: crushing my goals, feeling in control of my emotions, totally empowered to go after what I want, and to being in a truly secure and satisfying relationship.

Being thankful for fear and taking it as it is.

Something I’ve practiced is always saying thank you to my fear.

I thank it for showing up.

I thank it for trying to protect me.

I thank it for manifesting in stress.

I see it and I recognize it and when you step into this mindset, you realize that your desires are so big and you're going to push through it.

Let your fear know that you're not going to give in and you're instead going to take it along for the ride and prove yourself. Fear is a beautiful teacher and it only brings us closer to our desires.

The more I've told myself I’m thankful for fear and I’m getting better and better at facing it, the more I've started to see major results.

Think about that ONE thing in your life you want to go after and ask yourself if fear is stopping you…

If it is, you're letting fear drive your ship.

Change your focus because the things fear is telling you, aren't true. Go ahead and walk into the unknown because you never know what amazing and wonderful things it will bring.

If you stay where you are and let fear control your life, you won't be able to get closer to your dreams and more positive emotions. Fear might come along the ride but don't let it win. You control your life and that's that!

Your desires are waaaay bigger than fear could ever be.
