Taking Emotional Responsibility To Build Your Dream Life

Emotional responsibility: What it is and why it's necessary.

Any negative emotions that we have felt in the past often block us from getting in alignment with what we really want.

When these emotions come up, we blame the circumstances we are currently in.

We blame the number on the scale, we blame the client for not renewing, or we blame what somebody else said to us.

We have to stop slipping into this place of victimhood and take full emotional responsibility for our feelings.

What does emotional responsibility mean?

It means you're no longer going to blame anything or anyone outside of you for the way that you are emotionally feeling.

This can be super challenging but it's also important to know that taking emotional responsibility doesn't prevent you from feeling negative emotions. We are supposed to feel negative emotions, it's all part of being human.

Negative emotions are our teachers and when you feel them coming, thank them. Thank them for showing you who you really are and how worthy and compassionate of a human you are.

In this FREE 3 day training, I will share with you exactly how I went FROM: insecure, 'fake it until I make it' mentality, and very lost in my relationship TO: crushing my goals, feeling in control of my emotions, totally empowered to go after what I want, and to being in a truly secure and satisfying relationship.

What stops you from getting in alignment with your desires.

If you need other people to see that you've reached a certain point in your life and you got what you wanted, you're preventing yourself from getting in alignment with all the other things you want in life.

When we do this, it goes to show that we’re just seeking external validation to feel good about ourselves.

Don’t get me wrong, this is totally a normal human thing to do but when you step into self-awareness and take full responsibility for your life as the ONLY one in charge, you'll see such a difference.

You cannot be dependent upon anyone else but yourself. It takes you further away from alignment when you depend on other people to feel good.

If you think of negative emotions as your teacher and guide, the more healthily you'll process them and get through them.

When you're in alignment with your best self, it's SO much easier to get what you want.

To get in alignment with your dream life, appreciate every single day, and practice gratitude because the more you appreciate your life the more you get what you want. BUT, don’t do it with that intention in mind. Do it because it feels good!

Every time you build a negative story, you're getting further and further away from alignment, with your best self, and creating the life and relationships you want.

Feeling good about your life and appreciating what you have.

In order to really get what you want, you have to feel good about your life at this very moment.

You have to be full of gratitude and appreciation!

Learn to uncover your limiting beliefs and take full emotional responsibility for what you feel.

I swear to you, when you do this and take notice of your emotions along with getting into alignment with the best version of yourself, the results will come into your world and you'll get to build your dream life.

You have to appreciate everything more and more every day.

Fill your body with energetic vibrational gratitude and love. When you can't get yourself to feel that way and get stuck in a negative emotion, thank it and allow it to take its course.

So if you want to get what you want in life, stop waiting for results to feel good and stop depending on people to fulfill you.
