Reflecting on things that have happened in the past helps us prepare and think about what we want. 

It’s a powerful tool for us to remind ourselves of who we are, what we've done, and the lessons we've learned.

Also, you don't need to just do this at the end of the year.

It’s important to do a check in with yourself and reflect on each month or whatever seasons of your life you're in.
