As we traveled back, had some bad jet lag, I realized even more the importance of a good night's rest.
In my lack of sleep, I’m struggling through fatigue trying to solve and figure things out about every area of my life… bad idea! Not a time to try to solve when you’re physically and emotionally tired.
But instead of finding a solution, the outcome was more negativity, exhaustion, and stress.
Today’s episode is a reminder for everyone of how important rest and sleep is for your emotional health and how sleeping on it could help solve problems.
