Today, I want to share with you this exercise that I did during my journaling this morning here in the gorgeous place.
This is an exercise that I do often, no matter if I’m traveling or sitting on my couch at home, I thought it would be valuable to share with you for you to practice as it can bring up a lot of interesting thoughts and new awarenesses.
This exercise is about conversation with your past self, visualization, imagination, and reflection. It’s really great for checking in with your emotions because it allows you to gain new perspectives and lovingly analyze the one that you have right now.
