106 - Life Is Always Teaching Us: Talking Depression, Trust, and Support Systems

Episode show notes

Life is full of highs and lows. It’s a cycle that we all experience.

So it’s natural to be anxious or fearful sometimes, especially in challenging or unpleasant life situations.

Consequently, we let our fears drown us to the point where we believe that the lows will never end.

Whenever these heavy seasons come into our lives, it’s vital to have support systems.

People that you trust, rely on, and who can help you deal with difficult situations.

Today, I delve into embracing life’s highs and lows, depression and accessing trust, and the importance of a support system.

  • 01:31 - Embracing life's highs and lows

  • 06:55 - How to be resilient during depression

  • 12:02 - The importance of a support system

  • 15:38 - Building and accessing trust
