Today we dive into belief systems. We all have them, some serve us and some do not. Many of us are not even aware of some of the beliefs we carry, they are deep in our subconscious. Some are very much conscious beliefs but ones that we don’t want to have anymore, that we have recognized they are causing us pain, but then we don’t know how to change the belief.
