You are loved, worthy and capable.  

I can’t stress this enough.

You are loved, you are worthy, you are capable.

I know some of you may cringe when thinking these thoughts about yourself. It feels so false, so untrue. It is only because you have been practicing, for so long, thoughts like “ I am not enough, I am not lovable, who would want to be with me?, I am not good at anything”. If you practice thoughts like these enough times they slip into your subconscious, they become belief systems and they affect your day to day life.

You get to decide your thoughts, ya know. Thoughts are a choice. You can change your limiting and negative beliefs about yourself. It just takes practice.

You are loved, you are worthy, you are capable. Try to intentionally tell yourself this every, single day. Even if you don’t believe it all right now, just try practicing those thoughts.

When negative thoughts follow like “it’s not true, you aren’t those things” just know that is just a thought pattern that is firing so automatically because you have thought it so many times, your brain goes to whatever thought is easiest to practice. It doesn’t make it true.

So, try it. Tell yourself you are loved, worthy and capable everyday this week. Say it in the mirror, write it down, repeat all day in your head.

If you stay consistent...watch your life change.
